Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement applies when Abstract27 LTD processes personal data on your behalf — typically when your publication collects member emails. Abstract27 acts as a data processor; you remain the data controller. Phase 1 placeholder.

Sub-processors we use: Hetzner (hosting, Germany), Vultr (backups, Netherlands), Mailgun (transactional email), Bunny (CDN/storage), Creem.io (billing), Anthropic (AI onboarding). A current list is maintained at this URL and updated 30 days before any change.
